Welcome to SVN West, the ultimate downtown San Francisco venue where rich history and modern versatility collide. From 1968 to 1971, SVN West, originally named The Fillmore West hosted legendary concerts by icons such as the Grateful Dead, Fleetwood Mac, Elton John, B.B. King, Miles Davis, and Aretha Franklin.

Today, SVN West has over 100,000 square feet of open space, and includes the aforementioned legendary ballroom along with a sprawling rooftop that’s so massive—it’s in a category of its own.

With unmatched flexibility and versatility, this space it is truly a blank canvas for creators. Need an extra wall built out? Walls painted a certain color? Projections in every direction? Or maybe you need to park a car on the third floor? There are no limits at SVN West.
